Terra Preta is inspired by the legendary "Amazonian Dark Earth," a testament to the richness and fertility of the Brazilian soil. This bar is a visual masterpiece, featuring deep, smokey swirls of Charcoal and the rich, earthy tones of Madder Root. While the charcoal provides a gentle, purifying cleanse, the mineral-rich madder root adds a layer of rustic elegance. 

The Scent: The scent of Terra Preta is complex, mysterious, and deeply calming. It opens with the green, slightly bitter notes of Petitgrain, balanced by the delicate, honeyed floral heart of Neroli. These light top notes are grounded by the warm, woody, and subtly spicy aroma of Rosewood. This artisanal blend creates a balanced, gender-neutral fragrance that feels both ancient and refined—perfect for a moment of quiet reflection during your daily ritual.

  • Glycerin (Glycerin)
  • Castor Oil (Sodium Castorate)
  • Sugar (Sucrose)
  • Sodium Citrate (Citric Acid)
  • Sodium Lactate (Sodium Lactate)
  • Madder Root (Rubia Tinctorum Root Extract)
  • Charcoal Powder (Charcoal)
  • Vitamin E (Tocopherol)
  • Essential Oils (Petitgrain, Rosewood, Neroli)

Allergens: Naturally occurring in essential oils: Linalool, Limonene, Geraniol.

Wet the soap and lather between your hands or directly onto your skin. Massage gently and rinse thoroughly with warm water. Store in a dry place between uses to extend the life of your soap.

Keep your soap dry between uses by storing it on a well-drained soap dish. Avoid leaving it in standing water or direct shower spray. With proper care, each bar will last 4-6 weeks.

Use before the Best Before date and discard after 12 months of use.

  • Patch Test: We recommend a patch test before first use.
  • Caution: May make surfaces slippery.

Standard Soap Bars

  • Minimum Weight: 110g (As per label).
  • Approx. Dimensions: ~8 x 6 x 2.5 cm.
  • Note: Our bars are hand-cut. We aim for a generous cut, so your bar will often weigh more than 110g when fresh. As soap ages and cures, it loses water weight to become harder and longer-lasting.

Shaving Soap Tins

  • Tin Dimensions: 80mm (Diameter) x 28mm (Height).
  • Capacity: 125ml.
  • Packaging: Reusable, rust-resistant aluminium tin with a press on lid. Perfect for travel or reusing once the soap is finished.

Bath Truffles:

  • ~50mm (Diameter) x 20mm (Height), weight ~45g
  • Supplied in cardboard tube

Velvet Cream Moisture Bars:

  • ~70mm (Diameter) x 25mm (Height), weight ~80g
  • Supplied in metal tin
